Each of the Nishorgo
pilot sites has at least ½ hour, 1 hour and 3 hour trails, all
of which are described in annotated booklets available from
tourist shops. |
At
Lawachara, Satchuri and Chunati, trained rickshaw drivers can
explain birds and animals from the forests. |
Picnics are only allowed outside the core zones of forests, and site permits can be obtained from the local Co-Management Committee or Forest Department. | ||
